old can game

On my son's first day at the kindergarden he found an old can game and kept playing with it for as long as we were there. It is very simple to do and improve.. so i waited till we had an empty Similac Can (perfect size and has it cover that fits well), glued a polka dots tablecloth with my favorite english lace strap...
took 10 dr.'s sticks and painted them in blue (to match the tablecloth) and made him his new super cute home designed OLD CAN GAME... now all i have to do is wait for him to come back home from his grandmother's to c if he likes it!!!
will keep you posted

ah i did another one in red with white dots and made a rounded holl in it for colored pompons but i dont have them yet ready... will post picture of them when ready. promise

BACK TO SCHOOL - Notebook wrapping paper

The long summer vacation is coming to an end... and that reminds me of the special scent summer days used to have just before going back to school. The very best thing about going back to school (for me... ) was getting all the books and notebooks for the new year, choosing my new erasers (by smell) and last but not least... choosing my new wrapping paper!
This summer I've decided that if I had become a mother, it is time to go back to the special summer tradition, even though my son is only a year and a half... :)
So I made "Mrs. Patchwork" first wrapping paper to fit an A5 notebook... for now just for fun but you are more then welcome to request the "print it yourself" version and wrap till you drop
feel free to comment... :)

I used to wrap every notebook, even today i don't think i have an unwrapped scrapbook or any other writting book :)
